The following services are available to residents.
The co-op hires a regular exterminator service (Black Widow Pest Control) to regularly spray the common area. You can sign up on a sheet in the common area and they'll treat your residence at the co-op's expense. If an access panel needs to be installed to handle pests, the co-op will also handle that at the co-op's expense. Contact building@7thstreetcoop.com if you're having any issues.
